The staff at Avon Kindergarten consists of a teaching team of four,  a Kindergarten Administrator and a Teacher Aide.

The group size is a maximum of 30 children aged 2- 6 years.

A fee of $6.00 per hour applies if you have attested any of your 20 ECE hours at another service

We are located at the foot of our mounga, Taranaki, and delight in our natural environment. We have a large outdoor playground, with shrubs and trees.

Where children experience opportunities to explore, discover and create alongside their peers supported by a team of professional, fully qualified teachers. We provide rich and varied learning experiences for children.

We respect and strive to support each child’s unique holistic learning, so we encourage parents and whānau to continue to be involved in their child’s early learning. We would like parents and whānau to feel that Avon Kindergarten is a place where they are valued and  welcome.

The teaching team work constantly to review and evaluate practices to ensure high quality experiences for children. We have a large outdoor space, with shrubs and trees as well as extensive edible gardens.
